100% Full Refund
Cancel up to 7 days before check-in (3:00 PM local time) to receive a full refund of your reservation total.
3 TO 6 DAYS PRIOR
50% Partial Refund
Receive 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to scheduled check-in.
< 72 HOURS / NO-SHOW
Non-refundable
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable to cover homestay preparation and reserved calendar dates.
How to Cancel from Your Dashboard
You can cancel anytime from your customer account:
- Log in to your account and go to /dashboard/bookings.
- Locate the reservation you wish to cancel under All Bookings or Pending.
- Click Cancel Reservation and confirm your request.
- For pending requests, your card hold is voided immediately. For confirmed stays eligible for refund, the payment reversal is submitted automatically via CHIP Asia.
